Once Upon a Mattress
I had to share some Photos from the Mount Union area high school play Once Upon A mattress. The Drama club at the high school produced this event and did a great job.
My wife purchased tickets for the event but was unable to attend so it was my stepdaughter and I. I hope she enjoyed it as much as I did. The show started at 7 just as scheduled and from the opening scene to the last if was good. A friend ask me how long the performance lasted, but I really wasn’t sure. It went by pretty quick, but I believe it was almost 2 hours.
I got the chance to go backstage as the kids were having make-up applied to get some photos. The kids didn’t seem one bit nervous. I would have been shaking in my shoes.
It was easy to see that there was a lot of har work put in to this production. From the stage to the costumes and props.
I think this was the first time a show like this has been performed at the Mount Union high school. I really hope they continue it as a tradition.
